Training
Training is a standard part of our Turnkey Delivery package.
Managed Services (Hosted)
A low level of training is required for our fully Managed Services. When a customer chooses a service including a user interface (e.g. VCCWeb), we train the relevant personnel. This enables them to pass the instructions onto their own staff.
Managed Services (Customer Placed)
When our iNode systems are installed at the customer's premises, we manage them remotely. Only in an exceptional situation (e.g. server reboot) would we require the customer's engineers to assist us, and we provide clear procedural instructions.
Purchased Solution
For a fully purchased iNode system, we provide "on-the-job" training plus comprehensive operating manuals and documentation. The standard operating language is English; however other languages can be supported upon request.
